Below is the procedure:

·         On your very first step, you need to open Google Account Settings where you will have to choose the Data & Personalization option.

·         Sign into your Google email account and you can choose the service on the next page that you want to delete.

·         Here, you will have to enter an email address which must be different from the email address associated with the Google email account. 

·         Now, you have to click Send Verification Email option and you will be able to receive an email with Gmail Deletion Confirmation link that you need to follow. 

·         Now, you need to log in to the Gmail account that you are looking forward to deleting and you need to select Yes, I want to delete the account, under the Confirm Gmail Deletion section. 

·         Here, you need to click Delete Gmail and then click on ‘Done’ option.  Once you click on it, you will get your Google account deleted permanently.
